On-Site print photography is nothing new us – it's in our blood. In fact, David Hardy, our principal photographer, is a descendant of a long line of photographers who specialized in printing on-site well into the the days of film and mobile dark rooms. Starting with his grandfather, as far back as the the 1930's, David's family travelled up and down the east coast taking photos of people and printing them on the spot as their primary profession. As Hardy Event Photo, we have been making photographs and printing them on-site for over 8 years primarily within the Greensboro, High-Point, Winston-Salem, Raleigh, Durham, and Charlotte NC areas, but also in various other states up and down the east coast.

Which Photo Booth Is Right For You?

We have designed several booth experiences to accommodate a wide variety clients and unique events. For instance, our Photo Booth experience is typically designed for small private parties or intimate events. Whereas, our Studio Booth typically includes an actual skilled photographer and is more geared towards corporate events, conventions, church banquets, themed parties, and large group gatherings. Our Headshot Booth, which includes an actual photographer also offers a unique guest experience and is usually offered at conferences or corporate gatherings as a way to boost morale and stock images for the company website or directory. Lastly, our Green Screen Photo Booth and 3D Photography Booth are variants of the Studio Booth or Photo Booth experiences, which take your event to the highest limits of on-site print creativity.

Types Of Photo Booths We Offer

Photo Booth

Creative, contemporary, and almost a must have for parties and receptions where you want your guests to have a unique party favor that they will treasure for a lifetime. On-Site Printing is an ideal option if you want guests to remember your event for many years to come. Our Photo Booth features an attendant and a touch screen monitor that guide your guests through the photo making experience. It can be used as an open photo booth or with a private enclosure to allow guests to act as goofy or silly as they desire. For our Photo Booth experience, we typically print two 2″x6″ strips with 3 or 4 photos on the strip so that guests can walk-away with one strip while the other copy is retained by the host as keepsake. We also print double 4×6 prints or larger sizes as a premium option.

Studio Booth

Our primary mode of on-site printing is through the use of Studio Booths, which provides the ultimate in on-site photography experiences. For this high quality option we provide backdrops and professional lighting to create unique studio quality portraits right at your venue. Our studio booth is perfect for themed parties and large events that require customization options such as green screen photography, 3D photography and company logos or branding printed directly on each print. For high volume situations such as a step-and-repeat red carpet set-ups, we can provide multiple photographers and/or print stations who can capture images quickly with different framing for various sized groups. This is also an acceptable option for outdoor events or roving photographers. We routinely print sizes from 4×6 up to 8×10 on-site using our Studio Booth option.

Our Headshot Station is perfect for both conferences and large companies because we deliver high quality headshots and superior customer service to a large volume of people in a short time frame. Our head shots are typically used to update websites, corporate directories, and or look books. When on-site printing is added we typically print 5×7, 6×8, or 8×10 at our head shot booths. Green Screen Photo Booth

Our Green Screen Photo booth offers a unique photographic experience by placing your guests on almost any background you can dream of. Through the magic of chroma key photography and a creative imagination we have photographed guests on a tropical beach backgrounds, in las vegas casinos, as wild west cowboys, and we've even sent guests into outer space! (photographically speaking) Our chromakey green screen photo booth can be paired with either our photo booth and our studio booth, which includes a real photographer.

3D Photo Booth

Are you looking for something different? Well, if unique is what you seek, then this is it! We combine our green screen photos with our studio booth experience to create and print an awesome 3d photograph that can be viewed without the need for special glasses. Using our breakthrough photographic technology, your guests and brand will literally POP off the background and provide you with the most realistic photograph you have ever seen. Although you can see simulated examples from our details page, this option is most impressive when printed and will truly give your guests something to talk about.
